We want you to love your Bobi Los Angeles pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
